Superset A Machine Exercise With A Dumbbell Exercise

The first thing to consider if you’re navigating through a very busy chicago health club is rather than supersetting with two different machine exercises like you may normally do, consider supersetting with one machine exercise along with one dumbbell based exercise.

This way you won’t have to risk having someone in both the machines, but rather will just need to have that single machine free when you need it.

Simply bring your dumbbell to the location where the machine is and go back and forth between the exercises.

Add Non-Cardio Machine Intervals
